At MYRVALENTIX, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging and labels intact.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
• Gift cards, sale items, and personalized products are non-returnable.

How to Return an Item

2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Pack the item securely, including the RMA number, and send it to the following address:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our Customer Support team to verify availability. We will process exchanges upon receipt of the original item.
